GUESTHOUSE

A STONES THROW FROM ADVENTURE

This unique home in the heart of Historic Fairhaven offers a one-of-a-kind experience, as it has been converted into a working microbrewery.

Located just a block away from local amenities, including boutique shops and excellent restaurants, guests can easily access the inter-urban trail, which connects to parks, hiking, biking, and downtown Bellingham.

The house provides all the essentials, including a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and the opportunity to enjoy craft beer brewed on-site.

Please note, this is a working microbrewery, so there will be activity throughout the day and night, including noise from the brewery and taproom, as well as guests enjoying drinks in the beer garden. While it’s quiet from 12am-7am, this isn’t guaranteed. If you're looking for a private, quiet getaway, this may not be the place for you. However, if you’re seeking a unique experience right next to a functioning microbrewery, this home is a perfect choice.

The living area is the largest room in the house, filled with natural light and offering views of the front street and beer garden. With options to adjust the level of privacy, you can enjoy the sounds of the nearby brewery or close the blinds for a quieter atmosphere.

The comfortable couch doubles as a sleeper bed. Upstairs is an office space is accessible for the owners and brewery staff, but guests can enjoy privacy with a door that separates the living spaces.

The bedroom, located at the back of the house, is peaceful and quiet, shielded from the brewery’s activity. The calming sound of the glycol system, used to cool the beer, adds to the tranquility. The bathroom is dated but functional, featuring a shower tub stocked with essentials like towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and a soothing bubble bath.
